Sleep Number (SNBR) shares were up over 18% in recent Friday trading after the firm struck a deal with its largest shareholder, Stadium Capital, over changes to its board.
The company said late Thursday five current members of its board will be retiring as part of the agreement.
Stadium Capital has agreed to withdraw its director nominations and support Sleep Number's nominees at the 2025 Annual Meeting, the company said.
