【上海：三大运营商或规范106开头垃圾短信 106短信平台成垃圾短信源头】金十数据3月14日讯，近年来，106短信平台已成为垃圾短信的主要发送源头。不法分子假冒银行、知名商家，动辄以“账户异常”“低息贷款”等为由头，诱导消费者点击链接。近日，上海市消保委就治理垃圾短信与中国移动等三大运营商达成了共识。三大运营商均承诺：对于有歧义，或无法清晰标示识别短信发送人的签名，将使用发送人的规范企业名称和实名进行标注，相关工作有望在今年6月底前完成。
