【哈尔滨出台房地产新规 公摊面积、套内建筑面积等须“一目了然”】金十数据3月15日讯， 从哈尔滨市住建局获悉，为进一步规范房地产开发企业销售面积公示制度，切实维护消费者合法权益，该局印发《关于进一步规范商品房销售面积公示有关事宜的通知》，即日起实施。《通知》要求，房地产开发企业在销售商品房时，须在售楼处显著位置公示每套商品房的建筑面积、套内建筑面积，公示建筑公摊部位及面积、每户分摊计算依据，提高面积公示透明度。
