中金发表报告指，万国数据(GDS.US) 宣布成功发行首单数据中心持有型不动产ABS(P-REIT)，认为这标志着公司打通国内资本循环通道，有望在不增加净负债的前提下、提升公司EBITDA的未来增长潜力。
