太古地产则公告，2024年基本溢利为67.68亿港元，2023年为115.7亿港元；主要反映2023年出售香港港岛东中心九个办公楼层带来大额溢利，以及2024年出售香港停车场车位的溢利减少。太古地产称第二次中期股息每股0.76港元。
