智通财经APP讯，兴业控股(00132)发布公告，于2025年3月14日，买方广东中创兴科资产管理有限公司(公司的全资附属公司)、广东省南山医药创新研究院、周荣、卖方及目标公司呼研所医药科技(广州)有限公司订立股权转让协议，据此，其中包括，买方有条件同意向卖方购买销售股份(占目标公司股权51%)，总代价为人民币5443.53万元，可予调整。
据悉，卖方为呼研所股权投资(佛山)中心(有限合伙)、佛山瑞发股权投资中心(有限合伙)及广州瑞发一号健康投资中心(有限合伙)。
公告称，生物医药产业是国家重点支持、具有重大社会意义的重点产业。目标公司是广州医科大学国家大学科技园培育单位的建设主体单位，也是国家呼吸系统疾病临床医学研究中心和呼吸疾病全国重点实验室的产学研基地的主体平台和运作管理核心。预期收购事项有助集团与研究院等科研机构建立深入的合作关系，提升集团于行业的影响力，推动科研成果在相关业务的产业化与创新应用，及进一步深化集团在医疗科技及康养服务领域的战略布局及资源整合能力，支持集团在大健康产业链中的地位。
