信达生物IGF-1R抗体药物获批
3月14日，信达生物（01801）发布公告，宣布其研发的IGF-1R抗体信必敏®（替妥尤单抗N01注射液）已获得中国国家药品监督管理局的批准，用于治疗甲状腺眼病。
这是中国首个获批的IGF-1R抗体药物，也是全球第二款，标志着该公司在重大疾病治疗领域的又一里程碑。
该药物的安全性良好，能够显著改善患者的炎症和生活质量。甲状腺眼病的年发病率预估为16/100000人（女性）和2.9/100000人（男性），且近年来呈现年轻化趋势，急需有效的治疗方案。信必敏®的上市将有助于填补这一临床需求的空白。
