1826 ET - Ulta Beauty CEO Kecia Steelman has big plans to overhaul the retailer since she started in January, but benefits from those efforts won't show up right away, she says on an analyst call. Steelman has replaced several members of the executive team, and has plans to expand Ulta's wellness offerings, increase e-commerce, open more stores internationally and build on its media business. Still, she cautioned: "It will take time for us to fully see the impact of our efforts." Guidance for revenue this year missed analyst expectations. (katherine.hamilton@wsj.com)
