2025年央视3·15晚会曝光第八个行业乱象：手机抽奖疯狂敛财，手机抽奖公司号称一天流水20亿元，其中兑捷网络科技有限公司、兑吧网络科技有限公司、诺禾网络科技有限公司被点名。兑捷网络科技有限公司、兑吧网络科技有限公司隶属于港股上市公司兑吧集团。
以杭州兑捷网络科技有限公司为例，天眼查App显示，该公司成立于2019年6月，法定代表人为朱江波，注册资本5000万人民币，经营范围包括广播电视节目制作经营、网络技术服务、计算机软硬件及辅助设备零售等，由陈晓亮、朱江波共同持股。
经营信息显示，在2020年杭州企业公示信息登记事项双随机抽查中，该公司公示信息被发现问题已责令改正。知识产权信息显示，该公司现存十余条网站备案信息。
值得一提的是，该公司背后还涉及港交所上市公司兑吧集团。
兑吧集团官网显示，公司创始人、首席执行官、执行董事为陈晓亮，1992年出生。
公开资料显示，2024年上半年，兑吧集团实现的营业收入为4.58亿元，较2023年同期的7.08亿元减少35.3%。减少的原因主要是受行业增长疲软的影响。同时，该公司互联网广告业务所产生的收入从2023年上半年的6.17亿元减少至2024年上半年的3.18亿元。
利润方面，2024年上半年，兑吧股东应占亏损为19.1百万元，而2023年同期的金额为22.1百万元。
