智通财经APP讯，复星国际(00656)发布公告，于2025年3月14日，本公司的间接附属公司复星开心购、黄震先生、唐斌先生及广州淘通其他若干现有股东(作为卖方)与杭州天元(作为买方)订立买卖协议。卖方拟出售，而杭州天元拟购买广州淘通89.7145%的股权。其中，复星开心购拟出售广州淘通43.9688%的股权，黄先生及唐先生拟各自出售广州淘通0.1189%的股权。
