　　3月14日消息，港股内房股集体上攻，融信中国涨超6%，中国金茂、碧桂园涨超5%，雅居乐集团、融创中国、绿城中国涨超3%。

　　3月13日，国家金融监督管理总局召开扩大会议，会议强调，有效防范化解重点领域风险。一体推进地方中小金融机构风险处置和转型发展，综合采取补充资本金、兼并重组、市场退出等方式分类化解风险。持续推进城市房地产融资协调机制扩围增效，坚决做好保交房工作。加快制定出台与房地产发展新模式相适应的融资制度。配合做好地方政府隐性债务置换工作　　

　　日前，中指研究院发文称，2月，重点城市二手房成交量同比普遍保持增长，价格跌幅继续收窄。根据中国房地产指数系统百城价格指数，2025年2月，百城二手住宅均价环比下跌0.42%，跌幅收窄0.1个百分点，同比下跌7.26%；十大城市二手住宅均价环比下跌0.25%，同比下跌6.32%。
