中新网南宁3月13日电(记者 杨陈)平陆运河集团13日介绍，近日，平陆运河马道枢纽上游航道停泊锚地顺利通水。

平陆运河马道枢纽上游航道停泊锚地位于广西南宁市新福水上服务区上游航道右岸，是平陆运河航运系统中重要的基础设施，旨在让船舶在等待过闸期间停泊，避免大量船舶聚集在船闸附近造成拥堵情况发生。

锚地采用靠船墩顺靠靠泊，共设置有13个重力式靠船墩，混凝土浇筑总量达7500立方米；停泊水域设计河底高程52.7米，可双排停靠共计6艘5000吨级船舶。

在锚地建设过程中，平陆运河建设管理团队运用信息化手段，强化施工监管，筑牢安全生产防线，高标准高质量高效率推进项目建设，全力以赴打造优质工程、绿色工程、廉洁工程。一是创新工艺管控，运用智能温控系统对混凝土全过程进行温度监测，通过优化振捣参数确保结构密实度，保证浇筑效果；二是加强施工管理，采用透水模板布、薄膜包裹养护等工艺，实现混凝土耐久性与外观质量“双提升”；三是强化技术交底，通过对锚地施工全过程进行视频动画演示交底等方式，进一步提升建设者的技能与安全意识，确保每道工序符合操作规程和安全规范。(完)
