PANews 3月14日消息，据Globenewswire报道，21Shares US LLC宣布计划清算两只比特币期货和以太坊期货ETF，即ARK 21Shares Active Bitcoin Ethereum Strategy ETF (Cboe BZX: ARKY) 以及ARK 21Shares Active On-Chain Bitcoin Strategy ETF (Cboe BZX: ARKC)。股东可在2025年3月27日星期四交易日结束前出售其持有的基金，此类交易可能收取常规经纪费用。两只基金的最后交易日均为2025年3月27日。基金将于2025年3月28日左右清算。在基金清算日继续持有基金股份的股东将获得清算分配，其价值等于其在该日在基金中所占的股权比例。获得清算分配的股东通常会实现相当于其股份净资产价值的资本收益或损失。
此外，21Shares表示，此举基于对公司产品阵容的例行审查，以确保其符合市场动态、客户需求和成熟的数字资产格局。 21Shares和基金投资子顾问ARK Invest仍然是忠诚的合作伙伴，并期待在美国市场推进受监管的加密货币产品。
