【三亚针对房地产开发、交易、中介等环节开展专项整治】金十数据3月16日讯，三亚市住房和城乡建设局近日印发《2025年三亚市房地产市场专项整治实施方案》，自3月15日起，针对三亚市行政区域内所有房地产开发企业、经纪机构以及互联网领域在该市开展房地产销售的经营行为，开展专项整治。整治内容包含未取得预售许可证预售商品房、捂盘惜售、炒卖房号；发布虚假违法房地产广告，误导消费者；一房多卖、阴阳合同；协助购房人提供虚假证明材料骗取购房资格等行为。实施方案明确，三亚将针对房地产中介无照经营、超范围经营；发布虚假房源信息；强制提供代办服务、捆绑收费；未按规定明码标价、违规收取费用等行为进行整治。
