新浪科技讯 3月14日下午消息，在2025爱奇艺微短剧论坛上，爱奇艺首席执行官龚宇发表演讲。

　　龚宇表示，对于微短剧，科技创新带来的下一个创新是商业模式的创新。

　　龚宇坦言，第一波的微短剧采取片方投流、用户付费解锁的模式。对于这种模式，在最开始的时候，爱奇艺反应慢了一些，觉得看一部剧要花100、200元的市场可能没那么大。

　　“这种商业模式一开始显然就有天生的问题，用户花100块钱，到投资者手里只有5至7块钱，这是一个非常不合理的分配结构。”龚宇说。

　　但是，龚宇表示，随着技术的变革，如今微短剧的商业模式又发生了变化，诞生了免费模式和会员模式，让原本点状的创作方法变成了线状，更接近于影视的创作思路，连续且有情绪。

　　龚宇分享称，在新的商业模式下，微短剧行业的收入无论是广告收入还是会员收入，50%甚至是70%、80%都回到了创作者和投资者手里，这样对行业的健康可持续的发展起到了巨大的推动作用。用户行为也随之发生了变化，用户用更高级的审美去判断作品，而不只是简单的刺激。
