【中指研究院：短期核心城市二手房市场热度有望持续】金十数据3月14日讯，中指研究院发布2025年2月十大城市二手房房价地图，中指研究院指数研究部总经理曹晶晶认为，短期核心城市二手房市场热度有望持续。该房价地图显示，北京春节后二手房市场热度逐渐恢复，成交量同比连续5个月保持增长；上海2月二手房价格同环比跌幅均收窄，低基数下成交量同比大幅增长；广州二手房市场以价换量现象延续，价格环比跌幅收窄；深圳节后二手房成交持续恢复，价格同比跌幅连续5个月收窄。曹晶晶认为，整体来看，春节假期结束后，重点城市二手房市场活跃度逐渐恢复，市场交易回归常态。“止跌回稳”仍是今年房地产政策核心目标。若核心城市加快优化限购限贷政策，将有助于加快市场企稳。另外，当前部分城市二手房价格已几乎调整至合理水平，随着教育需求释放，短期核心城市二手房市场热度有望持续。
