　　新浪科技讯 3月15日晚间消息，2025年3·15晚会上，央视曝光火眼云作为获客软件被爆存在严重隐私侵权行为。

　　报道指出，火眼云非法数据采集与隐私侵犯，其手段包括：通过爬虫技术窃取用户隐私数据，包括短视频平台评论区用户信息、企业公众号关注者手机号等；与土巴兔、拜博口腔、美莱医美等企业合作，非法获取用户画像数据；利用运营商大数据实施精准获客，日处理数据量达100亿条；通过伪造数字证书、合同签名等非法手段实施数据窃取。

　　2020年8月，专注 ToB 企业获客的 MarTech 服务商“火眼云”宣布获得5000万人民币A轮融资，由高捷资本领投，金沙江联合资本和阿米巴资本跟投，老股东阿米巴资本再次增持。

　　此前，火眼云曾获天天投、溪山天使会的天使轮投资，及阿米巴资本的 Pre-A轮融资。

　　对此，新浪科技拨通了高捷资本、金沙江联合资本和阿米巴资本的电话，三家公司电话都无人接听。
