DocuSign (DOCU) was rising nearly 17% in afternoon trading Friday after the electronic signature company late Thursday reported non-GAAP net income and revenue for its Q4 ended Jan. 31 beating Wall Street forecasts.
Trading volume intraday has reached nearly 8.5 million shares, compared with its daily average of about 2.5 million.
Rubrik (RBRK) rallied almost 26% after the data security company overnight narrowed its fiscal Q4 net loss, beating analyst estimates, and reported a more than 47% year-over-year increase in revenue to $258.1 million. It also forecast financial results for its current Q1 and fiscal 2026 exceeding consensus views.
Trading volume was roughly 4.7 million shares, versus its daily average of over 2.3 million shares.
Semtech (SMTC) shares were 18% higher after the chipmaker swung to a Q4 adjusted profit of $0.40 per diluted share, reversing a $0.06 per share year-ago loss and topping expectations for non-GAAP net income of $0.32 per share. Net sales rose 30% over year-ago levels to $251 million compared with the Factset consensus expecting $249.2 million.
Trading volume reached more than 4.8 million shares, compared with the daily average of about 2.6 million shares.
