格隆汇3月16日丨百望股份(06657.HK)发布公告，预计集团(1)截至2024年12月31日止年度将录得总收入约人民币6.40亿元至人民币7亿元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的收入为人民币7.13亿元；(2)截至2024年12月31日止年度将录得净亏损约人民币4.7亿元至人民币5.3亿元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的净亏损为人民币3.593亿元。
董事会认为(i)收入下降主要是由于集团优化所营销的金融产品组合，策略性地减少对低利润率金融产品的营销力度并主动提升高毛利产品(如风险管理服务)的收入占比，导致集团的数字精准营销服务所带来的收入贡献减少；及(ii)净亏损增加主要是由于公司的香港首次公开发售的启动于2024年确定，公司的估值及附有优先权的股份的公平值有所增加，导致集团按公平值计量且其变动计入损益的金融负债的公平值亏损增加。
