Sterling Infrastructure (STRL) said Friday that it appointed Ronald Ballschmiede as interim principal financial officer and principal accounting officer.
Ballschmiede succeeds CFO Sharon Villaverde, who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
Sterling said it has initiated a formal process to identify a permanent CFO.
