【抖音辟谣“字节裁员“及”HR和员工互殴”等不实信息】金十数据3月14日讯，抖音黑板报发文：近期，部分社交平台上出现了“字节裁员10%”“未给年终奖”“HR和员工互殴被打进医院”等大量不实信息。经核实，相关内容皆为谣言，系2023年1月类似谣言的变体，我司并未大量裁员，也不存在HR与员工因“裁员”“年终奖”发生肢体冲突的情况，“互殴”“薅头发”等描述纯属捏造。此前，公司已针对多名造谣用户发起维权诉讼，并获得法院胜诉生效判决，相关造谣或传谣的用户也已公开道歉。请大家注意甄别网络信息，对于类似发布不实信息影响公司正常经营的行为，我们将依法维权。
