SEALSQ (LAES) said Friday it is expanding its investment and acquisition strategy to accelerate quantum computing and AI initiatives.
The company said it allocated up to $20 million to invest in startups focusing on quantum computing, quantum-as-a-service, and AI-backed semiconductor technologies.
SEALSQ announced two investments so far and said two more are in advanced talks, with an expected announcement before the end of Q2, according to the company.
The company's shares were rising nearly 15% in recent trading.
