新界楼盘展开新一轮销售，新鸿基地产(00016)的天水围YOHO WEST PARKSIDE，周四(13日)作第三轮销售，以价单形式发售108伙。据市场消息指，截至晚上约9时半，是日所推售单位全数沽清。该盘于9日之内，连续三轮销售都“清台”，合共累售399伙，占该期数提供525伙约76%。
销售流程由下午约3时开始，分A组及B组两节拣楼时段。优先的A组买家须购2至4伙指定单位，或至少1伙指定三房单位。
资料显示，是日发售的单位涵盖一至三房间隔，折实售价约306.9万至约1,045.8万元，呎价约9,594至15,745元。入场单位为第1B座3楼B5室，实用面积267方呎一房间隔，折实呎价约11,496元。该盘早前已完成两轮销售，均悉数售出所推售单位，共已卖出约291伙。
