路透3月13日 - 美国投资公司 Blackstone BX.N 将收购印度房地产开发商 Kolte-Patil Developers KOLT.NS 40% 的股份，交易价值为 116.7 亿卢比(1.34 亿美元)，后者于周四表示。
在这笔价值 41.7 亿卢比的交易中，Kolte-Patil 将向 Blackstone 实体分配 14.3% 的优先股，而其控股股东将以约 75 亿卢比的价格向这家美国公司出售另外 25.7% 的股份。
