智通财经APP讯，太古地产(01972)发布2024年全年业绩，收入144.28亿港元，同比减少2%;股东应占基本溢利67.68亿港元，同比减少42%;股东应占经常性基本溢利64.79亿港元，同比减少11%;每股基本盈利1.16港元，拟派发2024年第二次中期股息每股0.76港元。
据悉，2024年股东应占经常性基本溢利较2023年同期同比减少11%主要反映财务支出净额上升和香港的办公楼租金收入下降。2024年基本溢利为67.68亿港元，2023年则为115.7亿港元，主要反映2023年出售中国香港港岛东中心九个办公楼层带来大额溢利，以及2024年出售香港停车场车位的溢利减少。
