智通财经APP讯，NEXION TECH(08420)发布公告，本集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度取得本公司股权持有人应占亏损不超过1500万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度(上个年度)取得本公司股权持有人应占亏损则为约1374.3万港元。
董事会认为，亏损预期增加乃主要由于以下各项的合并影响：软件即服务(SaaS)分部的分部业绩(经调整除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前盈利(经调整EBITDA))由上个年度的溢利约118.6万港元变为本年度亏损不超过750万港元，该转变主要是由于为应对日益激烈的市场竞争而减少收取服务费;销售活动减少;及确认不超过400万港元的无形资产减值亏损拨备(上个年度：无);网络安全解决方案及IT软件开发分部的分部业绩亏损(经调整EBITDA)由上个年度的约444.6万港元减少至本年度亏损不超过180万港元，主要是由于该业务分部收入改善及本年度并无确认商誉减值(上个年度：约 277万港元);及本年度确认折旧及摊销减少至不超过90万港元(上个年度：约259.7万港元)。
