智通财经APP讯，兴业控股(00132)公布，于2025年3月13日，该公司的附属公司绿金租赁与承租人西咸新区金源水务有限公司订立融资租赁，以代价人民币3000万元(相当于约港币 3222万元)自承租人取得资产的所有权，该等资产将返租予承租人，供其使用及占有，期限为五年，融资租赁的付款总额约为人民币 3740.1万元。
资产包括承租人位于中国陕西省西咸新区的若干指定污水处理设备及设施。
