路透蒙奇3月13日 - 两位业内消息人士周四称，安联牵头的财团即将赢得对德国最大寿险管理公司维丽德（Viridium）的竞购，该公司正在被金融投资者Cinven出售，预计将在下周敲定一笔35亿欧元(38亿美元)。
消息人士称，安联ALVG.DE将收购Viridium 25%的股份，该财团还包括美国资产管理公司BlackrockBLK.N、日本寿险公司T&D8795.T和意大利保险公司GeneraliGASI.MI，后者也持有Viridium 10%的股份。
据 Versicherungsmonitor 行业服务公司率先报道，与 Cinven 共同创建 Viridium 的汉诺威再保险公司将出售全部或部分股份。
汉诺威再保险首席财务官 Clemens Jungsthoefel 周四表示，潜在交易不会对公司盈利产生重大影响。
安联集团和 Cinven 拒绝对此发表评论。
