3 月 14 日，据本周四的 All Devs Call，以太坊基金会开发者将推出了一个名为 Hoodi 的新测试网络，该网络将在主网激活前测试最终的 Pectra 部署。这个新的“长期”测试网络预计将于 3 月 17 日启动。
此前，在 Holesky 和 Sepolia 测试网络上的 Pectra 激活遇到了配置问题，导致官方发布时间表被推迟。
Pectra 升级旨在提高以太坊的可用性和可扩展性。它包括通过增加第 2 层网络的“blob”交易数量来降低数据可用性成本，大幅增加质押限制，并引入账户抽象，这大大扩展了智能合约和钱包的功能。
Pectra 最早可能在 4 月 25 日激活于以太坊主网，大约在新 Hoodi 测试网络部署升级计划的 30 天后。
