Elife's Chairman, Vice-Chairmen Removed From Office Amid Board Overhaul

Elife Holdings' (HKG:0223) recently elected chairman Qiu Bin was removed from his position from the board after just one week, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The company also disclosed the removal of Co-Vice Chairmen Lee Tsung Ta and Chen Xiaodong and numerous former directors, as well as the placement of co-CEOs on administrative leave. The vice chairmen were elected on March 5.

The board shakeup follows an extraordinary general meeting held on Tuesday.
