【启明医疗：已彻底解决公司治理问题】金十数据3月13日讯，3月12日，启明医疗(02500.HK)宣布，经香港联合交易所确认，公司已全面达成复牌指引要求，于3月13日上午9时正式恢复股票交易。截止今日午盘收盘，启明医疗跌超60%。启明医疗方面表示，此次复牌标志其解决了公司治理问题，并重新建立了内部控制体系，是公司回应市场关切、重塑行业信心的关键一步。“复牌不仅是公司过去一年多以来在公司治理以及内部控制方面取得的里程碑，更是我们全面履行对患者、医生、股东、行业伙伴和社会长期承诺的新起点。”启明医疗总经理兼首席执行官林浩升表示。启明医疗称，公司已针对组织架构进行了系统性梳理和整合，现在的启明医疗已在职业经理人模式下构建起“权责清晰、手段多元、运转高效”的现代治理体系。公司成立由三名董事组成的管理委员会，形成有效内部监督机制，从而及时预警，向市场公布重大事项。
