智通财经APP获悉，瑞银发布研报称，维持嘉里建设(00683)“买入”评级，目标价由18.8港元上调至20.1港元。嘉里建设上海黄浦区金陵路大型住宅项目第一期“金陵华庭”即将推出，项目价值估计达到220亿元人民币，考虑到其预期售价及稀缺性，相信销售去化率可达90%，有望推动公司资产净值重估，相应将嘉里每股资产净值(NAV)预测上调7%，预期若该项目售出，所回流资金可令集团净负债比率将从40%降至20%。
