智通财经APP讯，融信服务(02207)发布公告，兹提述(a)融心一品有限公司(“要约人”)与融信服务集团股份有限公司所联合刊发日期为2025年1月23日的计划文件，内容有关(其中包括)(1)建议根据开曼群岛公司法第86条由要约人以协议安排方式将公司私有化;及(2)建议撤销公司的上市地位;及(b)要约人与公司所联合刊发日期为2025年2月14日的公告，内容有关(其中包括)法院会议及股东特别大会结果。
计划于2025年3月12日(星期三)(开曼群岛时间)举行的法院聆讯中获大法院批准，未作任何修改。削减亦获大法院于同日在同一聆讯中确认。
预期计划将于2025年3月14日(星期五)(开曼群岛时间)生效。公司将于计划生效时另行刊发公告。
公司已向联交所申请，而联交所已批准自2025年3月18日(星期二)下午四时正起撤销股份于联交所的上市地位，惟须待计划生效后方可作实。
