永丰集团控股(01549)发布公告，集团预期将取得截至2024年12月31日止年度公司权益持有人应占亏损净额约930万港元，而2023年同期则为公司权益持有人应占溢利净额约50万港元。

董事会认为，报告期间由盈转亏的预期变动主要由于与去年同期相比，税项开支增加约680万港元以及税项罚款约为490万港元，主要由于中国香港特别行政区政府税务局就集团于2014╱15至2022╱23课税年度的税务状况对集团进行补加评税。
