智通财经APP讯，多想云(06696)发布公告，2025年3月14日，公司(作为发行人)与六名认购人就总计1200万股认购股份(每股认购价格为3.10港元)签订了六份认购协议。每名认购人均为独立私人投资者。认购价格较于认购协议日期联交所所报收市价每股股份3.60港元折让约13.89%。
认购的募集资金净额(扣除所有相关的认购成本和费用后)约为3710万港元，每股认购股份的净发行价格约为3.09港元。集团拟将认购的募集资金用于：从抖音购买媒体资源(尤其是抖音分销渠道)，并推广抖音分销渠道;以及一般营运资本。
