智通财经APP讯，中达集团控股(00139)发布公告，公司于2025年3月14日与Global IBO Group Limited(GIBO)订立公关服务合约， GIBO同意聘用公司提供公关服务，包括媒体关系、内容创作、战略传播规划及其他相关服务。
GIBO为一家于开曼群岛注册成立的获豁免有限公司，旨在通过人工智能(AI)变革内容创作及消费方式，目前已发展成为独一无二的综合AI生成内容(AIGC)动画流媒体平台，服务于亚洲广大年轻群体，供其创作、发布、分享及欣赏内容。截至2024年6月30日，GIBO已在亚洲15个国家或地区拥有约7200万注册用户。
与GIBO订立该合约后，公司可利用其作为中国香港上市公司的经验及优势，助力GIBO开展公关工作。此外，订立该合约将为集团进一步发展创造新的商机，提高其全球竞争力、系统重要性及品牌影响力。
