智通财经APP讯，有研硅(688432.SH)公告，为促进资源整合，优化业务布局，抓住国内半导体硅部件市场机遇的同时避免同业竞争，并提升公司全球市场竞争力，公司拟以自有资金通过现金支付的方式收购株式会社 RS Technologies(简称“RST”)持有的株式会社 DG Technologies(简称“DGT”)70%股权(简称“标的股权”，公司收购标的股权简称“本次收购”)。本次收购完成后，公司将持有DGT的70%股权、 RST 继续持有DGT30%股权，DGT将成为公司的控股子公司并纳入公司合并财务报表的合并范围。
