If met, this would reflect a solid 8.7% improvement in revenue compared to the last 12 months. The loss per share is expected to greatly reduce in the near future, narrowing 37% to US$0.71. Before this latest report, the consensus had been expecting revenues of US$803.1m and US$1.00 per share in losses. Although the revenue estimates have fallen somewhat, Asana'sfuture looks a little different to the past, with a considerable decrease in the loss per share forecasts in particular.

The consensus price target is just an average of individual analyst targets, so - it could be handy to see how wide the range of underlying estimates is. Currently, the most bullish analyst values Asana at US$25.00 per share, while the most bearish prices it at US$10.00. This is a fairly broad spread of estimates, suggesting that analysts are forecasting a wide range of possible outcomes for the business.
Another way we can view these estimates is in the context of the bigger picture, such as how the forecasts stack up against past performance, and whether forecasts are more or less bullish relative to other companies in the industry. It's pretty clear that there is an expectation that Asana's revenue growth will slow down substantially, with revenues to the end of 2026 expected to display 8.7% growth on an annualised basis. This is compared to a historical growth rate of 29% over the past five years.
