爱帝宫(00286.HK) 公布，收到联交所的函件，其中列出了公司股份恢复交易的复牌指引。
复牌指引包括，就有关事项及其他相关指控进行独立法证调查，评估对公司业务营运及财务状况的影响，公布调查结果并采取适当的补救措施；证明对集团管理层及/或对管理及营运有重大影响的任何人士的诚信、能力及/或品格不存在任何合理的监管担忧，这些担忧可能对投资者构成风险并损害市场信心；进行独立内部控制审查并证明公司已建立足够的内部控制及程序以遵守上市规则；公布根据上市规则所需的全部未公布财务业绩并处理任何审计修改；证明公司符合上市规则第13.24条；及向市场公布股东及投资者评估公司状况所需的全部重要信息。
