中国高速传动涉刑事案件 正式展开侦查
3月16日，中国高速传动（00658）发布公告，近日公司向中国有关当局提交报告，要求对相关附属公司的协议及款项进行调查。公告中提到，南京传动于3月13日收到南京市公安局江宁分局的通知，经过初步审查，确认报案案件符合刑事立案标准，涉及相关附属公司的资金和资产涉嫌被职务侵占和挪用，已正式展开刑事侦查。
公司表示将全力协助有关当局的侦查及独立调查，并寻求必要的途径维护和执行其权利，以保障公司的最佳利益。同时，公告指出有证据显示其他相关公司或人士涉嫌参与违法事宜，损害公司的利益。公司正寻求法律意见，并将对相关公司及个人采取适当的法律措施保护自身利益。公告日期时，公司业务运营在所有重大方面均照常进行。
