智通财经APP获悉，百度集团-SW(09888)现涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.02%，报93.05港元，成交额6.08亿港元。
消息面上，据财联社报道，特斯拉与百度合作，以改进辅助驾驶系统在中国的表现。知情人士透露，百度近期派出一队地图团队工程师到特斯拉北京办公室，负责把百度的导航地图资讯，更好地跟特斯拉的完全自动驾驶(FSD)V13版软件整合。
此外，百度与欢聚集团近期达成收购协议，百度以21亿美元价格收购欢聚集团在国内的视频娱乐直播业务YY Live。公告显示，新协议达成后，此前存入托管账户的16亿美元(合人民币超110亿元)已全额退还百度，并将投入云与AI基础设施建设。
