消息面上，上美股份拟于3月20日举行董事会会议审批年度业绩。公司此前发布公告，预计2024年度的收入约67亿至69亿元人民币，同比增加约59.9%至64.7%；纯利约7.5亿至8.1亿元人民币，同比增加约62.4%至75.4%。业绩增长主要由于集团科学抗衰护肤品牌韩束及中国婴童功效护肤品牌的收入同比大幅增长。

值得一提的是，青眼情报近日发布2月京东平台美妆相关数据。韩束以超1.06亿元的销售额首次成为京东面部护肤类目本土品牌第一。此前，在2月抖音美妆品牌榜中，韩束再度蝉联第一。浙商证券指出，上美是具有多品牌影响力的国货化妆品龙头，主品牌韩束是定位大众的老牌国货，在中国消费者心中具备较强心智基础。公司目前在抖音、快手等渠道都已掌握较强的运营能力，新产品和新渠道增长态势良好，新品牌储备丰富，看好公司长期发展。
