Pacific Current Group (ASX:PAC) has extended the deadline for its off-market equal access share buy-back offer to March 21, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The buy-back, aims to repurchase up to AU$300 million of surplus capital, equivalent to 25 million shares, and as of Thursday, eligible shareholders had applied to sell approximately 65.86% of the maximum shares under the buy-back, the filing said.
Shares of the group rose 2% in recent Friday trade.
