【太古地产：2024年股东应占经常性基本溢利近65亿港元】金十数据3月13日讯，太古地产(01972.HK)发布2024年全年业绩。公告披露，2024年全年，太古地产股东应占经常性基本溢利为64.79亿港元，较2023年的72.85亿港元减少8.06亿港元，同比降幅为11%，主要是因为财务成本上升及香港办公楼租金收入下降；基本溢利录得67.68亿港元，较2023年的115.7亿港元，同比减少41.5%，主要是因为上年出售港岛东中心九层办公楼带来高基数效应，叠加2024年香港停车场车位出售收益减少。第二次中期股息为每股0.76港元，连同2024年10月派付的第一次中期股息0.34港元，全年股息总额达每股1.10港元，较2023年增长5%。第二次中期股息将于2025年5月8日派发，登记股东以4月3日收盘时名册为准。公司股份自2025年4月1日起除息。
