智通财经APP获悉，大和发布研报称，维持万国数据-SW(09698)“买入”评级，目标价由46港元上调至49港元。该行称万国数据2024财年第四季业绩中，提到有关资本开支指引及新合同定价是焦点所在，因为新订单的获得引发了市场对万国数据资金策略的疑问。
大和认为，万国数据有充足的渠道于今年完全资助高达90亿元人民币的资本开支，而无需依赖股权融资。若新订单超出预期，该行认为万国数据或会进一步发行可转换债券，尽管这将意味未来2至3年的公司收入增长率加快。
