智通财经APP讯，齐鲁高速(01576)发布公告，于2025年3月14日，山高能源发展与公司全资附属齐鲁香港订立投资合作协议。据此，合营公司于成立时的认缴出资额为人民币1.1亿元，当中山高能源发展与齐鲁香港分别拟以货币认缴出资人民币5610万元及人民币5390万元。合营公司将投资于标的项目。
标的项目位于威海经济技术开发区泊于镇鲍家成大路以北，占地面积约50亩，规划建设储能容量为200MW/400MWh，主要建设磷酸铁锂储能系统及磷酸铁钠电池储能系统。
公告称，公司实施标的项目有助于在威海市经济技术开发区深耕储能产业发展，并依托威海市的风电资源禀赋优势，择机拓展风光项目开发、充电基础设施建设、综合能源管理以及零碳智慧园区建设等业务，优化并扩大集团产业布局，助力集团转型升级。
通过成立合资公司共同投资储能项目，一方面可实现投资合作协议双方的管理经验的相互借鉴和专业能力的优势互补，提高项目的运营效率和经济效益;另一方面可发挥齐鲁香港作为外资企业的优势，满足地方外资配套要求，凭借政策支持协调配合，增强企业竞争力。
