智通财经APP讯，品创控股(08066)发布公告，集团预期报告期间(截至2024年12月31日止年度)将取得应占公司拥有人净溢利约45万港元，相对2023年同期则取得应占公司拥有人净溢利约434万港元。
董事会认为该预期溢利减少主要受以下各项综合影响：(1)SIM卡业务分部收入同比下跌约27.4%，导致分部溢利减少约644万港元。收入大幅下降的原因是2023年的高收入水平是由于芯片供应在COVID 19之后反弹，使深圳工厂能够清理其积压的智能卡订单，及2024年订单量恢复正常水平; (2) 报告期间内，因人民币兑港元贬值而确认汇兑损失约155万港元，而2023年取得汇兑收益约141万港元，差异约296万港元;尽管如此，上述溢利下降部分被(3)就电视节目的投资而言，集团于报告期间内取得公允值收益约289万港元，较去年同期的公允值亏损约132万港元增加溢利约421万港元; (4) 销售智能卡应用系统分部溢利同比增约168万港元等所抵消。
