智通财经APP讯，东方海外国际(00316)公布，罗兵咸永道会计师事务所将于公司于 2025 年 5 月 15 日举行的股东周年大会结束时任期届满并退任公司核数师。
按照核数委员会的推荐意见，董事会已议决建议委任信永中和(香港)会计师事务所有限公司作为罗兵咸永道退任后的公司新核数师，并须待公司股东于股东周年大会上批准及信永中和香港完成客户接纳程序后，方可作实。
