Odaily星球日报讯 Strategy （原 MicroStrategy）发行的优先股 Strike （STRK）上市仅一个多月，目前股价比 2 月 5 日上市时上涨了 3%。而 Strategy 的普通股同期下跌了 20%，此前其波动性也低于 MicroStrategy 和比特币。分析认为，STRK 这样的优先股可以看作是股权和债务的混合体。如果公司支付股息，持有人比普通股持有人有更大的权利获得股息，如果公司破产清算，持有人也有权利获得公司资产。（Coindesk）
