启德项目推出全新期数，新鸿基地产(00016)旗下启德天玺•海第2A期，布局图及户型分布于周四(13日)首度曝光，将于短期内上载楼书，预计首批会先推10伙招标。
新地副董事总经理雷霆称，项目第1期去年推售至今销情畅旺，已售出67伙，并已套现约40亿元。由于可供选择单位不多，故现时推出第2A期，相信将会掀起新一轮销售热潮。自农历年后，租金升势凌厉，吸引不少投资者及买家入市，料楼市动力将于第二季延续。
新地代理执行董事陈汉麟指，项目第2A期为第7座，涉及43伙，主打四房大户型单位。今期提供42伙标准户型，实用面积为1,124至1,150方呎。另备有1伙特色单位，实用面积为 2.476方呎，属顶层复式户型，设有43方呎露台、699方呎私人平台及882方呎天台。
至于，第1期已售出单位的成交呎价介乎约29,000至73,000元，平均每伙成交价约6,300万元。资料显示，天玺•海共分成3期，已开卖的第1期涉256伙，第2A期及第2期分别提供43伙及183伙。
